1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 99cbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or places any wager through the 99cbaji website and its associated services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the 99cbaji platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms and any subsequent amendments;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit and wager.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 99cbaji platform and must not attempt to register or make use of any services offered. These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and legally binding version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 99cbaji platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. 99cbaji enforces a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Age verification documentation may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point. Any account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 99cbaji platform is operated and marketed for use by players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. 99cbaji does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal, and such accounts will be closed if detected.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Persons who are under any form of legal guardianship that restricts their capacity to enter into contracts are not permitted to register or use the platform.

2.4 Not Self-Excluded

You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether applied through the 99cbaji platform directly or through any nationally recognised problem gambling self-exclusion scheme. Circumventing a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the full services offered by 99cbaji, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are strictly prohibited from providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 99cbaji platform. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately;
• Balances in all associated accounts will be forfeited;
• Any winnings generated while multiple accounts were active will be voided;
• The player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 99cbaji will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 KYC Verification

99cbaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practices. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your identity, address, and payment method before a withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99cbaji currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available payment methods are subject to change at the platform's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳100. Maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the player's account deposit interface. Deposits below the stated minimum threshold will not be credited to the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off time or via bank transfer will be processed within one to three business days. All first-time withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. 99cbaji does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals. However, third-party service providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the control of 99cbaji.

4.4 Withdrawal to Originating Payment Method

As a fraud prevention measure, withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative method may be approved following account verification and written confirmation from the player.

4.5 No Money Laundering

The 99cbaji platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Any suspicion of money laundering activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by 99cbaji are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific promotional terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated when a bonus is offered. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn as cash until the full wagering requirement has been completed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

99cbaji actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and using automated scripts to clear wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise, promotional credits that remain unused after 30 days from the date of issue will be removed from the player's account automatically. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry date of any bonus received.

6. Betting & Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 99cbaji platform are subject to the game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant market. These rules are accessible within each game or market and form part of the overall agreement between the player and 99cbaji. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to any bet before placing it.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on the player's screen and the bet is visible in the player's account bet history. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, the player should contact customer support immediately. 99cbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether caused by a system error, manual input error, or market data feed failure.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting on cricket, football, and other sports is available on the 99cbaji platform. In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, particularly during breaks in play, following significant match events, or in response to market data irregularities. Any bets that have been confirmed before a suspension are honoured; bets in the process of being submitted at the time of suspension may be voided.

6.4 Casino Game Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on the 99cbaji platform are certified for fairness and tested by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games are provided by internationally accredited studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. 6.5 Jackpots and Large Winnings

In the event of a jackpot win or an exceptionally large single winning event, 99cbaji reserves the right to pay out large winnings in multiple instalments over an agreed schedule. The player will be contacted directly in such cases. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is authorised.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99cbaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, legal action:

• Fraudulent misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management;
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access for any person under 18;
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account, as described in Section 3.2;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Bot usage: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, clear wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 99cbaji;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, display errors, or any other system malfunction to obtain a financial advantage;
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Using systematic strategies designed to exploit bonus offers or guarantee profit irrespective of outcome in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform;
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Threatening behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at 99cbaji staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 99cbaji

99cbaji reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred or is suspected, that a security risk has been identified, or that regulatory or compliance obligations require such action. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets.

8.2 Closure by 99cbaji

Following investigation of a suspended account, 99cbaji may elect to permanently close the account. Where closure results from proven breach of these Terms, all remaining balances and pending winnings may be forfeited. Where closure results from regulatory or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player after the completion of required checks.

8.3 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their 99cbaji account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Players who wish to close their account due to problem gambling concerns are strongly encouraged to request a self-exclusion instead of a simple account closure, so that appropriate responsible gaming safeguards are applied. 8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 99cbaji will notify the player by email prior to any administrative action being taken on an inactive account. After the notification period, a monthly inactivity fee may be deducted from the remaining balance in accordance with current fee schedules. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.
